“Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” is an American live action children’s television series. It’s about a group of teenagers who were chosen to protect the world from the group of alien invaders and were given the ability to “morph” into super-powered warriors and to pilot giant robots called “Zords.” A film rebooting the series, distributed by Lionsgate, is currently planned for release on March 24, 2017.
Power Rangers quickly became extremely large and the series gained unexpected fortunate hit. It became an influential factor to its huge fans. Of course, its main characters had their fair share of media exposure. David Yost as the Blue Ranger / Billy Cranston
The only member of the cast to appear in every single episode of the original series as the Blue ranger. His character never changed his colors or passed on his power coins to successors like the rest of the original cast. Yost revealed that he left the series because he could no longer handle harassment by members of the production crew who targeted him over his sexual orientation which actually had driven him to thoughts of suicide.
Aside from acting career, Yost also worked as a licensing manager for Geneon Universal Entertainment and as a producer on shows such as “The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” and “Temptation Island”.
